Ukrainian higher education commonly uses a 0-100 point scale, often alongside ECTS letters A-F. Nuffic notes that the pass threshold and band cut-offs can differ by institution, commonly with 50 or 60 as the minimum passing mark, so the diploma supplement should be checked.

How the Dutch 1–10 scale works
Dutch grades run from 1 to 10, with 5.5 the minimum pass. Most grades fall between 6 and 8; a 9 is rare and a 10 is almost never awarded. Read more in our Dutch grading system guide.
Will my grades be good enough?
For Dutch admissions, Ukrainian credentials are assessed by level as well as grades: Nuffic compares the complete general secondary education certificate to at least HAVO, and a Ukrainian bachelor’s degree may compare to an HBO or WO bachelor depending on programme content. Selective programmes will usually look for strong marks in relevant subjects and may ask for the diploma supplement or transcript explanation.
Important: this is indicative only
These conversions are estimates. An official grade conversion requires a formal credential evaluation, and each university makes its own admission decision. See our credential evaluation and ECTS credits guides.
