Plus includes everything in Starter, plus motivation letter support with detailed edits, full document review for core application documents, and university communication support with templates and strategy. Plus is our most popular choice for students applying soon who want strong quality control.

Complete is best for students who want end-to-end help including arrival preparation. It includes everything in Plus, plus multi-programme comparison, extended document checks, MVV and arrival preparation guidance, housing support, and municipality registration help.

Government fees (IND application fees, university application fees), document translations, English test fees (IELTS/TOEFL), and actual university tuition are not included. We provide guidance and support, but you are responsible for these official fees.

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. The difference in price will be calculated, and you will gain access to the additional features immediately upon payment.

The timeline depends on your package and when you start. Typically, university applications take 2-4 weeks to prepare and submit. MVV visa processing can take 4-8 weeks after all documents are submitted. We work with you to meet all deadlines.

You can cancel your service within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has been started. After work has begun, refunds are prorated based on services completed. Please contact us for specific cancellation requests.

Currently, we require full payment upfront. However, we are working on installment options for Plus and Complete packages. Contact us if you need special payment arrangements.
