It depends on how much of the process you need help with — a confident writer applying six months out needs far less than someone with a three-week deadline and an MVV to arrange. Tell us your situation through the form and we will reply within 24 hours with a clear scope and a fixed one-time price. There is no subscription and no hourly billing, and we will tell you if you do not need us at all.
It depends on when you start. University applications typically take two to four weeks to prepare and submit properly. MVV visa processing can take a further four to eight weeks after all documents are in. Most students go from first contact to an offer in hand in about ten weeks. We build your timeline backwards from your actual deadline.
Government fees (IND application fees, university application fees), document translations, English test fees such as IELTS or TOEFL, and university tuition itself are not included. We provide the guidance and the review work, but those official fees are paid by you directly to the institutions involved.
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has started. Once work is underway, refunds are prorated against what has already been delivered. Nothing is payable before you have seen our recommendation and agreed to go ahead.
Our advisors work in English, Dutch, Russian, Mandarin and Cantonese. Your application materials themselves will be prepared in the language your target programme requires, which is English for almost all international programmes in the Netherlands.
