About this program
IBA is a three-year, English-taught bachelor of science programme designed for students aspiring to international careers in multinational companies. The curriculum spans courses related to all major business functions, such as human resource management, finance, accounting, marketing, and supply chain management, to name a few. In IBA you’ll see how business is shaped by global challenges, and how RSM addresses these via our mission to be a force for positive change, anchored in the Unites Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. IBA also emphasises the intersection of technology and business, helping you navigate the challenges of digitalisation and develop solutions for multinational companies operating in an AI-driven world.
