About this program
The Bachelor Tourism is an English-taught academic programme offered jointly by Breda University of Applied Sciences and Wageningen University & Research. As the first of its kind in the Netherlands, this scientific programme deals with developments in tourism and the interrelationships between tourism, the economy, society and the environment. You will learn how to study tourism from different scientific perspectives. After graduation of the Bachelor in tourism, you can apply your knowledge to the sustainable development of tourism, or continue your education with a master's programme. Why this programme? * Interdisciplinary study of tourism combining social, economic and environmental sciences. * Joint academic degree of WUR and Breda University of Applied Sciences. * Conclusion of the second year with an international field project.
