About this program
The LLM in Advanced European Union Law provides in-depth graduate study of European Union law. This programme is attractive for students who have already familiarised themselves with the institutional, constitutional and substantive basics of EU law, and wish to take their knowledge and skills to the next level. The content of the LLM builds on the EU law aspects of the LLB in International and European Law. Students with a different legal background that includes basic knowledge of EU law are also very welcome to apply. The LLM in Advanced European Union Law offers extensive opportunities to specialise in your areas of interest through coursework, elective content and the Law in Practice module. The programme also allows for participation in the European Law Moot Court competition and excursions to the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg as well as private and public organisations dealing with EU law.
