Global Criminal Law

Our LLM in Global Criminal Law equips you to understand and apply criminal law – both substantive and procedural – in today's globalised world. The programme addresses pressing forms of criminality, including organised, transnational, and international crime. What makes this programme unique is its two-fold focus: * You will gain in-depth knowledge of substantive and procedural criminal law from a comparative and international perspective. * You will specialise in specific areas of criminal behaviour such as organised and financial crime, cybercrime, and international crimes.
