About this program
Technology affects our society in many ways. It can be used to regulate society and thus may need to be regulated. In this program, you investigate how technology, law and society affect and shape one another. You will become a legal expert in the regulation of technology, as well as regulation by technology. Law and Technology aims to answer legislative questions related to a technology-driven society. Choose your own areas of focus by choosing or combining electives, or choose one of three tracks: 1) Privacy and Security, 2) Competition, Innovation and Digital Markets, 3) Just and Sustainable TechnologiesYou can choose to join the program online or on campus.
