Organisations and societies are currently undergoing rapid change – think of sustainability, shifting role patterns, ethical issues, inclusivity and digitisation. These changes present complex challenges that cannot be solved with linear solutions, underscoring the need for innovation.
The MBA Imagineering equips you and your organisation with effective strategies to successfully initiate and navigate these innovations and transitions. Through a unique blend of co-creation and design research, the programme teaches you to look at complex challenges from a fresh perspective. You will also develop the skills to drive innovation by inspiring and motivating others while embracing the distinctive ‘imagineering’ mindset.
