International applicants to MSc Applied Physics must in most cases hold a BSc in Physics or Applied Physics, or have met the standard requirements thereof. General TU Delft MSc rules also require a research-university-comparable bachelor’s degree closely related to the chosen MSc, a CGPA of at least 75% of the scale maximum unless country-specific rules differ, and strong performance in key subjects.
